Chicken Kebabs
Indoors or outside, these Kebabs spice up your day a treat.

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon Great British Sweet Curry Sauce 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon of honey 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil 2 large chicken breast fillets, cubed salt and pepper to taste 4 skewers, wooden or metal
To serve 4 pitta breads, split and warmed on the BBQ or hot griddle A shredded salad of your choice. 2 finely chopped red chillies (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours, over night if you prefer a more developed taste, cover the bowl in cling film.
If you are using wooden skewers soak them in cold water for 20 minutes, to prevent them burning on the BBQ or griddle pan.
Take the chicken out of fridge and assemble your kebabs.
Cook the Kebabs until the chicken is nice and brown, always checking that the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Finally, finish your kebabs with your salad, chillies and a massive splash of Great British Sweet Curry Sauce.
